At PXG, we stand behind our high-performance equipment and apparel; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-built golf clubs and personalized items are subject to specific terms and may incur a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, headcovers, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
